Meetings
and event organisers can contact TCT conference
Desk direct by telephone fax or e-mail. Each
client is assigned an experienced consultant
with in-depth knowledge of the market. They
are trained to be highly flexible and will
consider all types of venues, be they hotels,
dedicated training centres, or more unusual
properties. |

dedicated consultant will take the requirements
and select a minimum of three venues thoroughly
researched to match the brief and budget.

written proposal is sent to the organiser
summarising the options available. |

Once
the search has been carried out, provisional
bookings are secured with the short-listed
venues without obligation.If required written
quotations are supplied and inspection visits
arranged. |

When
a decision has been taken the dedicated consultant
will finalise the booking and send a faxed
confirmation with detailed costs to the organiser
and the venue. |

As well as booking
rooms for training and conferences our services
include venue finding for corporate hospitality,
team building and sporting events, themed parties
and special occasions. The service is available
during normal business hours for customers whatever
communication method they prefer to use, whether
it is telephone fax e-mail or online.
For clients who are arranging large events like
annual general meetings, exhibitions or product
launches, as well as booking the venue we can also
book accommodation for delegates attending these
events. We offer negotiated room allocations and
special rates for the event and delegates can book
the hotels by contacting our conference desk or
using a special Internet site dedicated to the event.
Additional services also include the provision of
invitations, onsite administration assistance, 'meet
and greet' services and delegate registration. Over
the years we have built up an extensive network
of contacts with support services and are able to
recommend tried and tested suppliers to cover any
eventuality.
