The account manager will ensure that all aspects of the booking service are delivered to you as per your service level agreement. TCT’s account management team is led by industry professionals who each have at least 15 years experience in the hotel industry. Invoicing and Payment

TCT provides payment solutions to effectively reduce administrative costs at your business's head office level while at the same time encouraging travel policy compliance at your business's user level.

TCT will work with you to simplify the hotel invoicing and payment processes. This involves integrating TCT’s hotel booking systems to your procurement systems. Unnecessary paperwork can be avoided and the administrative burden on your finance staff substantially reduced. Over the past ten years TCT has had experience of integrating its booking systems with various types of client organisation including large enterprises which use e-procurement platforms such as ARIBA and SAP. A team of TCT specialists will work with your procurement department to ensure that hotel invoicing and payment processes meet your specific needs.

Billback & VAT reclaim

TCT’s billback facility allows your organisation to book hotels on the basis that the cost of the guests’ stay is invoiced to and paid for by TCT. TCT sends consolidated hotel invoices to your finance department for settlement of all billback hotel bookings made at regular intervals. This helps to streamline the invoicing and payment processes.

For some TCT clients billback is a necessity because either it is not practical for some of their guests to pay hotels themselves or some hotels which need to be booked have no credit arrangements in place with the client organisation.

By using TCT's billback facility you can benefit from the convenience of receiving consolidated hotel invoices. This is preferable to reconciling numerous credit card statements used by guests and more convenient than receiving multiple hotel invoices. A significant amount of administrative effort is saved by making payment to one TCT account rather than to different credit card companies or multiple hotels.

The billback facility ensures that the invoicing and payment methods are uniform because they all by necessity flow through TCT and can therefore be tightly controlled. This uniformity makes important functions which businesses and government agencies need to perform such as VAT reclaim much easier.
